Cropping and No Crop - For many standard size prints (8 x 10, 11 x 14, 16 x 20, 20 x 30) the image will have to be cropped to fit the dimensions. I will attempt to maximize the image for the size. The advantage is that standard, lower cost frames, are available. Image sizes that are marked "no crop" (including 5 x 7) have very little or no cropping but the print may require custom frame.

Proofs
5" x 7" watermarked proofs are available to evaluate your selection prior to purchase. There is small charge for these but it may then be deducted from your order. Check here for more details and use the mail order form.
Gift Certificates
Trace of Light certificates may be ordered in values of $25 or more and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. A certificate is issued and may be used toward prints, classes and workshops, most anything offered on this site, the certificate is not redeemable for cash. A great gift idea for the art collector or photographer. Please contact me.
Placing Orders
Mail Orders
Print the order form and complete it, making sure all information is correct. If you need Adobe Acrobat you may download it.
Phone Orders
You may order by phone and pay by credit card or Pay Pal. Have the information listed on the order form available. Please leave your phone number and the best time to contact you if you get voice mail and I will call you as soon as possible.
E-Mail Orders
You may contact me by e-mail and provide me with the order form information for processing with Pay Pal. I am sometimes in the field away from internet service, but I will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
- Personal Checks - Personal checks are accepted but must clear prior to processing order.
- Money Orders and Cashiers Checks - Money orders and cashiers checks will be processed upon receipt.
- Credit Cards - Most major credit cards are accepted, please call 931-797-2242. Orders are processed immediately.
- Pay Pal- You may phone or e-mail and submit payment through Pay Pal.
Order Processing
Normal order processing is 3 business days for prints and note cards and up to 2 weeks on Gallery Wraps, depending on size. All prints, gallery wraps and cards are made to order. Order processing may be delayed up to three weeks if I am out in the field searching for more photos. If your order is time critical, please phone or e-mail prior to placing the order. Delivery time is dependent on USPS, UPS or Federal Express schedules.
Shipping
Your prints are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS, Federal Express or United Parcel Service. At this time, I do not ship outside the United States. For multiple item types (such as note cards and prints) the higher charge applies. Shipping charges are per order, not per item, additional charges apply for Gallery Wraps, please call.

**Unmatted prints, Open Editions, Signature Editions, Panoramas and Gallery Editions up to 24" by 36" or Panoramas up to 24" on smaller dimension and up to 72" on length. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
The no fade guarantee applies to Signature and Gallery edition prints only and does not extend to note cards or gallery wraps.
If any print or note card is found to be defective, please contact me for replacement and return instructions. Keep original packaging for return.
