Guarantee

All prints are beautifully printed on quality materials. I guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of the print. If not, you may return a print after contacting me prior to return. Prints must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded nor do I pay return shipping unless the print is found to be defective. All prints are custom-made to order.

No fade guarantee

All Signature Edition and Premier Edition prints carry my "No Fade Guarantee" when properly displayed. I will replace the print minus shipping costs as long as it is displayed indoors and not exposed to extreme light, humidity or ozone. Wilhelm Research tests the ink-paper combinations to verify long life. Your prints will outlast traditional photographs by many years. Replacement is limited to the print itself and is not applicable to the mats or framing. To completely protect your print conisder using UV protective glass. Please contact me with any questions.

Exclusive proofs

While I guarantee the prints are beautiful and free of defects, buying art over the internet can be challenging. The images are scaled for better on-line viewing and computer monitors vary, creating color discrepancies. If this concerns you, you may order a watermarked proof for a nominal charge. Please note these proofs are watermarked with the Trace of Light logo and are not suitable for display. The proofs are provided so you may examine the print prior to committing to purchase.
